Women's Basketball to Host Holiday NJCAA Tournament

Palm Beach State Women's Basketball will host a holiday tournament December 17 & 18 in the Elisabeth Erling gymnasium on the Lake Worth campus.

PBSC will welcome teams from Missouri, North Carolina, and Virginia; many of whom will come to Palm Beach for the first time.

There is no shortage of talent heading to South Florida. North Central Missouri College, 8-2, comes to Palm Beach county ranked 13th in the nation according to the latest NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball Poll. Wake Tech Community College, 11-0, received votes in the latest poll and sits just outside the top-25 teams in the nation.

The schedule of the games are as follows:

Friday, December 17th

5pm:   NC Missouri (home) vs Bryant & Stratton (away)

7pm:   Palm Beach State (home) vs Wake Tech (away) 

Sunday, December 18th

1pm:   Wake Tech (home) vs NC Missouri (away)

3pm:   Palm Beach State (away) vs Bryant & Stratton (home)
